Bee’s Discovery & Learning is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated NC Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and are committed to helping young children learn through play, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or another NC Pre-K qualifying field.

• Hold a North Carolina Birth-to-Kindergarten (B-K) Teaching License or be eligible for and willing to work towards a B-K licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience teaching in an NC Pre-K classroom.

• Experience with Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD® (TS GOLD).

• Knowledge of the North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development (NC FELD).

• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
