The Rockingham County Partnership for Children (RCPC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position provides key administrative and operational support to our Executive Director, Finance Director, and program staff while helping keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations, assist with human resources functions, help with program implementation, and provide customer service to the families and community partners we serve. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We’re looking for someone who is technologically savvy and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in maintaining organized systems, supporting program impact, and helping ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.  

RCPC offers a competitive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance (including medical, dental, and vision paid at 100%), paid vacation and sick leave, 5% retirement contribution annually, and more. Hiring range for the position is $38,000 – $40,000 annually.
